Our client, a US based multinational, is urgently looking for a female, UAE national, Admin Assistant for their office in the Health care city. The Admin assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to the office manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of the office.
• Maintain vacation records, sick days record, and leave application record.
• Manage travel and hotel booking for the employees.
• Assist in coordination of exhibitions.
• Provide marketing support to all division managers.
• Assist in implementing general publicity and marketing initiatives.
• Liaise with PRO on visa related issues.
• General office duties including answering telephone calls, purchase of kitchen supplies and stationary, collection of mails and related activities etc.
The Admin Assistant MUST HAVE:
• The candidate MUST be a UAE national.
• Absolute confidentiality is a prime prerequisite.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Highly developed MS Office skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to influence and make things happen.
• Well organized and approachable.
