This nationally renowned financial institution urgently require a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum 3 years experience to perform duties such as providing support and business analysis consulting services to the Product Management Business unit. More specifically, you will research, analyse and document business requirements and other supporting project documentation for the area specified above. You will be required to assist in the preparation of Financial Evaluation Models to determine the financial viability of initiatives, perform feasibility studies, impact assessments and cost/benefit evaluations.
Additional responsibilities for this role include facilitating workshops with customers/stakeholders to determine business requirements and areas of improvement, assist the project manager in tracking resolution, perform impact analysis on change requests, assist in ensuring group change control process are adhered to, perform data mapping and process mapping of business requirements.
Successful candidates will ideally have team leading or project management experience within the banking or finance industry combined with a proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including analysis, design, change management, testing and implementation.
