Proposal Engineer Dubai

We are seeking a Proposal Engineer to be based in Dubai.Need 2-3 years experience in proposal engineering of Oil and Gas Plants from Well head to Custody transfer.Experience in process design,equipment sizing and selection,vendor quotes,detailed proposal writing.Must be familiar with Spec review and P&ID’s.
