MEP Project Coordinator : Dubai

Understands the client’s project objective and priorities as well as the architect’s intents, and communicate these to the design team. Helps the MEP design team define the authorities requirements to comply with. Understands the MEP design intents form the lead designers, acquire implication on architecture and other building systems, communicates these MEP architecture requirements to the architect/ client. Coordinates the MEP requirements with the architect /client, maintains the best relations, and report back to the design team. Participates in workshops with the client and other design participants, taking important decisions on behalf of the design team, and discussing design alternatives. Controls the deliverables and manages the quality. Follows –up the approvals of the client and authorities and ensures obtaining them. Skills and Experience : More than 5 years experience in Building services Engineering consulting or contracting firm. Good verbal and written communication skills, Good managerial skills
