Wafi Limousine, Dubai's premiere business class chauffeur Limousine service, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to help grow its expanding business.
Job Summary
� Promote and sell Wafi Limousine�s services to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
� Respond to customer needs and requirements promptly and effectively.
� Maintain a high-level of customer service with existing customers and leverage relationships to expand business.
� Develop relationships with new clients by prospecting and responding to business development leads.
� Monitor and review customer sales activity and make adjustments to processes and strategies as needed.
Tasks & Accountabilities
� Sell profitable new business within assigned territory to include: cold calling, cultivating leads, and networking.
� Make customized presentations to various decision making audiences to close new business.
� Maintain relationships with current account base using (to include): face to face visits, problem solving and issue resolution, and administrative follow up.
� Collaborate with management to maximize sales and revenue growth within territory.
� Assume additional responsibilities and team leadership roles as assigned.
� Train and coach Jr. Sales Executive.
Skills & Qualifications
� Must be a self starter with a positive attitude.
� Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in high level services or limousine service is preferred.
� Must be very sophisticated, polished, presentable and capable of selling to high level corporate clients.
� Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
� Should be a good listener and able to turn client complaints and rejections into more business.
� Must have a valid UAE driving license.
� English communications skills required, Arabic skills a plus.

� Base is 6,000-10,000 AED depending on relevant experience / sales experience.
� Commissions are based on simple stair step plan from a percentage of total sales and can range from 2,000-10,000 and up depending on actual sales.
